BIAQ's Staff

 

General Manager

Paul McDonald

Reporting to the Board of Directors, Paul takes a lead role in ensuring that the Association continues to be proactive to industry and members’ needs by providing industry development, lobbying Government representatives and setting the policy directions required by members.

 


Workplace Relations Manager

Margaret Darwin

Margaret is able to advise and assist members with the full range of Industrial Relations matters, including representation in both the Fair Work Australia Tribunal and Anti-Discrimination commissions. Margaret is available to BIAQ members to advise on matters ranging from recruitment and selection to discrimination and wage claim issues and all matters relating to employment law.

 


 

Communications and Marketing Co-ordinator

Zoe is responsible for ensuring members are receiving a high quality of service from their BIAQ membership. She is in charge of growing the Association through recruiting new members, extending the range of services available, co-ordinating events and online communications.

 



Media and Publications Co-ordinator

Briana Cicchelli

Briana coordinates the BIAQ’s main printed publications including the Australasian Baker magazine. If you have any new ideas for the magazine or know of anything newsworthy happening in the industry contact Briana at the BIAQ office.

 

 


 

Administrative and Accounts Officer

Lucy Rodrum

In addition to administering the accounts functions for the Association, Lucy is the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and office visits as the 'Director of First Impressions' and is also a fully qualified baker.

 



Workplace Relations Assistant

Kerri-Anne Skippington

Kerri-Anne assists our Workplace Relations Manager Margaret Darwin and has recently finished her Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. As a certified workplace health and safety officer, Kerri-Anne assists members with workplace health and safety audits and reports.
